All materials & equipment included — and so is the oven. Your fixed price already includes the oven, hob & extractor, inside fridge/freezer, all cupboards, limescale & interior windows , cleaned to inventory standard. We bring every product and tool — nothing for you to buy. Only carpets, upholstery & exterior windows are optional extras.

This estimate assumes a normally maintained property of the size given. It’s not a final price — if the property turns out to be noticeably dirtier or larger than described once our cleaner is there, we’ll let you know and agree any change with you before starting work. Payment by bank transfer or card only. Cancellations need 48 hours’ notice — late cancellations carry a £25 fee.
